Hosted by Barony of Carolingia - South weymouth, MA
Event Last Modified: August 21st, 2010
The warm Summer sun is beginning to cool and soon the Autumn breezes will be rustling the leaves. 'Tis a time of harvests and preparing for the cold winter ahead, when game will be less plentiful and gardens will be asleep under deep snow.
His Excellency, Baron Jehan du Lac of Carolingia, in his infinite wisdom and compassion for his subjects, has called upon the best cooks of the land to gather together to teach all who would attend, the knowledge and skills to provision their households for the coming of the winter season, that their tables might groan with good things to eat, and their larders might be full to bursting.
Come one and all to the Carolingian Cooking Schola! Novices very welcome :)
