This lady decided that an equestrian event would be a wonderful opportunity for her friends to enjoy the day. Therefore, Ye Equestrians come to the gathering to be held September 11, 2010!!

Assorted equestrian games including ring tilting, saracen heads, challenge courses, and any others devised for your enjoyment.
Horses will need negative Coggins and rabies. Scadians on the other hand will need proof of membership or extra fee for non-members.
This is a no amenities site i.e. no toilets, limited running water, indoor space. There will be pavilions for changing.
A very simple day board will be provided.
There is space for merchants to set up their wares. Bring your own canopies, tables, chairs etc. Merchants must contact reservation liason to make sure there will be space.
Pick up fighting area and archery site will also be available.
Advanced registration is greatly appreciated in order to provide sufficient amenities for horses and people. There are some stalls available for use.
Appropriate footwear is required as site is a real Equestrian Center. i.e. no open toed shoes or sandals.
No Smoking on the grounds.
Dogs on leash are allowed.
Porta johns on site.
Please stay out of the barn.
There is no indoor space what so ever.
ONCE AGAIN: This site does not have any amenities. Limited amount of potable water will be provided.
Site Opens: 10:00 a.m.
Site Closes: 5:30 p.m.

south, East or West: Take your best route to get onto Mass Turnpike/New York Spur.
Take the RT-22 exit, EXIT B3, toward AUSTERLITZ/NEW LEBANON. 0.3 mi
Turn LEFT onto NY-22. 7.9 mi
Turn RIGHT onto US-20/COLUMBIA PIKE/NY-22. 0.7 mi
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto NY-22. 3.3 mi
15355 STATE ROUTE 22 is on the LEFT.
From North: Either make your way south to Mass Pike I 90/ New York Spur I 90 or go down Ny Route 22 into Stephentown. Site will be on your right.
Alternate route from east or west: get on US 20 in either New York Albany area or Massachusetts. From New York go east, from Mass go west until you enter New Lebanon, NY; watch for signs for Route 22 North to Stephentown, NY | | | | Event Fees | | Site : $10 Adults

Free for those 5 and under.
$5 non-membership fee will be applied also. Unfortunately we can't do anything about this.
