This is a Kids-centric event.  Borrowed (blatently stolen) directly from the Midrealm event who's name it bares, the idea is to appreciate our kids with a whole day of stuff just for them, and us with them.  The day should present a cross section of what the SCA is about, and be filled with child sized versions of all the cool things we do.

For activities we will have:
Breakfast with the Marquessa.
Classes on making Circlets, Heraldry,Salt Clay Beads,Finger loop braiding
Music (bring your Recorders and learn to play with the Baroness!) and dance.

There will be a Boffer weapon making seminar as well as a tournament for the Baronial Youth Champion (participating fighters will be required to select a Consort for whom they will fight - this can be Mom/Dad or any of the wonderful event staff or a special someone)

We will close the day with a Teaching Court where we will explain some of the strange goings-on that we take for granted.

The event is a Demo so garb is optional but highly desirable.  Heraldic display is encouraged.

The event includes a dayboard but will be fully funded by the Barony and so is FREE.
