The Barony of Carillion is once again celebrating their baronial birthday and would like to invite all to come and celebrate with us.

The event will be hosting heavy fighting, fencing and various other activities to celebrate our birthday.  (Outdoor activities will depend on the weather - some indoor space is available but limited)

If there is an activity that you would like to participate in; please notify the autocrat.

The day will be filled with A&S activities, games and relaxing atmosphere.

The site is discreetly damp; please contact the autocrat for further information.

There is NO day board at this event as we are having an extravagant feast.  Please feel free to bring snacks for during the day.

Refund Policy:
Event Refunds shall be provided as follows:
* No refunds shall be provided if the event does not make a profit.
* Feast refunds will not be issued unless the seat is resold.
* The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later then seven days after the event.
* All refunds shall be paid by check from the baronial checking account.
* No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared.
* If an event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled all pre-registrations will be refunded in full.

Directions:

From the North and South find your best route to the New Jersey Turnpike (Interstate-95 a toll will apply).  Take exit #8 (Hightstown/Freehold) Route 33 – bear right onto Route 33 East for 6.2 miles.  Make a left turn using the jug handle to cross over Route 33 onto County Route 527A for .04 miles.  Turn right onto LaValley Drive. 

From the West, find your best route to Route 33 Westbound.  Turn right on Route 527A North after the Mobil station (sign posted on traffic light at intersection says 527/Iron Ore Road) for .04 miles.  Turn right on to LaValley Drive. 

Yellow SCA signs will be posted.

Event Fees:

Site : Event fees are as follows:  For those coming for just the day to frolic, socialize, and share good company for an adult it is $5 and for a child it is $3.
Non-SCA members please know that there is an additional $3 site fee.

Feast: For those who wish to attend the feast, please add an additional $10.

All pre-reservations for feast need to be received by February 10, 2010.  Please contact the autocrat for late reservations for feast.
