THE SITE
The Fall Crown Tournament of King Konrad von Ulm and Queen Brenwen the Faire will occur at Spencer, MA at lovely Camp Marshall, the Worcester County 4-H Center, Inc., in the heart of Massachusetts.

Our Tournament Field offers level, sunny spaces for the enjoyment of both participants and spectators of the tournament.  There will be space surrounding The Lists for viewing pavilions and shades of all types, with the immediate surrounds of The Lists dedicated for periodesque structures to dwell or repose in.  All viewing space will be available on a first come, first served basis.

The Commons betwixt wood and Field, offering areas to stroll, shop and spectate, as well as a smattering of comfortable seating and shade for those who wish to take their repose among the merriment.  The Common Pavilion will be open all day to offer refreshment to shoppers, participants and spectators alike, that they may take their leisure there and share tales or refreshment with friends.

A scenic lake rests at the foot of the tournament field.  (While lovely to admire, swimming or bathing in the lake is prohibited.)

The site boasts a newly constructed Great Hall in which our scrumptious feast will be served.  The Hall is vast enough to seat up to 150 in its fullness, although guests will need to bring their own seating for Courts.  Additional fully equipped bathhouses are attached to the Hall, and again available for all guests to use.

Due to the central location of our site, there are a number of ways a person could reach it; however, some of these ways are only recommended for the truly adventurous, or those who know the area well.  Our recommended route is the ‘cleanest' method of approach, involving the least amount of time spent navigating back roads and small highways (and the only route likely to feature SCA signs).

Please be aware that the street address is not in precisely accordance with the correct geographical placement in the databases of some GPS services.  We will do our best to mark these points with signs, but some manual navigation may be required.
