The harvest is in and it is time to celebrate our bounty with archery, combat, learning, and a bonfire. 
The archery field will be open all day with a novelty shoot at the end.  Help protect our bounty from the scavenging wildlife.  A Holmgang style tournament with destructible shields for the armoured combatants.  Then field and woods engagements after a break.  Throughout the day a delicious dayboard.  If you have a favorite dish, please bring it to share.
There will be classes throughout the day on various topics.  If you would like to teach a class, please contact our shire MOAS ( MOAS@northernoutpost.eastkingdom.org )

This is a primitive site.  Plan accordingly, bring in what you need and take out all trash.  There will be portajohns on site.  The site is wet.  Leashed pets allowed. 

Directions:

From Albany and points South:  Follow I-87 (Northway) to Exit 23.  Take rt.  9 north to rt.  28.  Take rt.  28 to rt.  30.  Take rt.  30 to rt.  3.  Take rt.  3 to rt.  56.  In Colton, take Rt.  68 to Canton and continue West.  Look for signs 1 mile past Flackville.  Cline Rd.  on left.

From the East and Southeast:  Take best route to State Route 11 west, follow Rt.  11 to through Canton and continue West.  Look for signs 1 mile past Flackville.  Cline Rd.  on left.

From Montreal:  Take rt.  401 to exit 721 take Prescott-Ogdensburg International Bridge to USA.  Once across border, follow Rt.  37 west to Rt.  68.  Stay on Rt.  68 for 4.6 km.  Then turn right on to Irish Settlement Rd.  for 2.8 km.  Finally, left on to Cline Rd.  Look for signs on Rt.  68 to site.

From Ottawa:  Take the 416 South to the Prescott-Ogdensburg International Bridge.  Follow directions above.

From Watertown and South:  Follow Rt.  81 past Watertown, then take exit 49 for Rt.  411.  Follow Rt.  411 for 3 miles to Rt.  37, then follow Rt.  37 to Rt.  68 in Ogdensburg.  Turn righ on to Rt.  68 for 2.9 miles then right on to the Irish Settlement Rd.  for 1.7 miles.  Looks for signs starting on Rt.  68.
