Event details

Now that winter’s icy hold has loosed it’s grip and spring is once again on its way the Barony of Dragonship Haven would like to invite one and all to celebrate.  Come join our Barony and test your winter worn skills against fellow martial combatants!  We challenge you to create teams of three for each martial skill, three fighters, three fencers, three archers and three thrown weapons combatants.  The usual rules apply to the three person teams in all areas:  there may be no more than one KNIGHT per rattan team or one Martial Order of High Merit on any (relevant)team (only 1 Saggitarius on an archery team or 1 OGR on a fencing team, or 1 OTC on a Rattan team).  The MoL will clarify any changes to the heavy list rules before the tourney begins.

The heavy list field with be alive with fighters greeting old friends and making new while challenging each other to be a better fighter.

Fencing will not only boast its usual 3 man team tourney but it will also be running it's 2nd annual long sword cut and thrust tourney

Archers will have the ability to draw their bows and loose their arrows in the crisp New England air.

Thrown weapons competitors will get to compete in the an exciting tournament while enjoy the crisp spring air

The youth of the realm will get a chance to test their combatant skill under the watchful eye of Mathghamhain Ua Ruadháin, Østgarðr Youth Marshal

Heraldic Challenge
Spring has come and art is still live.  Come enter the second annual heraldic challenge.  Make any piece you want that integrates heraldry.  It does not have to be your own heraldry.  Winners will.be selected for complexity of the item, best integration of the heraldry, and best over all.  Documentation is not required but a picture of the original heraldry must accompany the item.

We have been fortunate enough that Master Jaji and his artisan assistants will once again be creating a mouth watering day board.  If you have specific dietary concerns please contact the Master himself at chefjaji@yahoo.com.
