Arts & Arrows IV is once again a camping event this year.
With tent spaces, lean-to sites and limited indoor cabin spaces (first come first serve, Shared Cabins) available.

This years event is being held at Camp Wakpominee, a 1200 acre Boy Scout Camp nestled in the South Eastern section of the Adirondack Park surrounding Sly Pond.

Our Archery Marshal, Lord Tomas, is planning woods shoots, and other various targets along with royal rounds. 

There will be an abundance of activities over the course of the weekend.  Some of which include:

~ Cooking Challenges
~ Shire of Glenn Linn Archery Championships
~ Arts & Sciences Classes
~ A Seasonal Feast
~ Live entertainment during Feast

From the Northwest, take Exit 21 of the Northway.  Follow Rte 9.  South until it intersects with Rte 149 east.  Turn left onto Rte 149 east, travel 5.9 miles.  Turn left onto Buttermilk Falls Road.  (Look for Black Rooster on the Left) Travel 4 miles on Buttermilk Falls road, The entrance to camp is located on the left side of Buttermilk Falls Road.

From the Southwest, Take exit 20 of the Northway.  Follow Rte 9.  north ½ mile to Rte 149 east.  Turn right onto Rte 149 east, travel 5.9 miles.  Turn left onto Buttermilk Falls Road.  (Look for Black Rooster on the Left) Travel 6.1 miles on Buttermilk Falls road, The entrance to camp is located on the left side of Buttermilk Falls Road.

From the east, go to the intersection of Routes 4 and 149.  Proceed west on Rte 149 Travel 5.7 miles turn right on to Buttermilk Falls Road.  Follow Buttermilk Falls Road 4 miles.  The main entrance to camp is located on the left side of the road about one mile north of the merger of Buttermilk Falls Road and Sly Pond Road.

Adult Non-Member Camping:  $20.00 (Pre-Reg $17.00)
Adult Member Day:  $8.00 (Pre-Reg $7.00)
Adult Non-Member Day:  $13.00 (Pre-Reg $12.00)

Youth ages 5-17 Camping:  $10.00 (Pre-Reg $8.00)
Youth Ages 5-17 Day:  $5.00 (Pre-Reg $4.00)

Family Cap of $30.00 (Pre-Reg $25)

Indoor Camping is Avaialbale At $5.00 Per Person
First Come First Serve Shared Cabin

Pre-registration must be mailed no later than October 10th 2014

For each person pre-registering please include names (mundane and SCAdian).  Indication of adult or minor, and proof of membership (card or copy of) or indicate that you are not a member. 

Please also include an address and phone number so we may contact you if necessary.


If you are bringing a minor unaccompanied by their parents, please bring appropriate wavers.

Feast: Feast $5 per person, maximum 200 people
Children under 5 eat free
Fest seating is limited, early registration is encouraged
