|Greetings unto the populace of the Kingsdom of the East! Let it be known that the Canton of Lions End will be hosting it's 1st Schola and an A&S competition. |
Schola: We are looking for those who would like to share their knowledge with others. Those interested please contact the event coordinator (see below) with the following:
Amount of time needed to teach the class
Number of students per class
Any fees involved
Do you need electric
Would you consider more than one class
A&S: Novice level: for those new to A&S, and have their first projects, novice documentation encouraged.
Craftsman level: documentation required projects started within the last year.
Projects can be in progress
Please put your name on the back so voting can be more fair
Voting will be by populace.
A table will be available for display and feedback for works not in the competition.
Baked goods competition: Cake, pie, bread, muffins and the like. Using
medieval or semi- medieval recipe' Please include a list of ingredient.
There will be a silent auction to benefit Lions End programs. If you have anything to donate please bring it.
A scrumptious day board of both hot and cold will be offered, for those with dietary considerations please contact Lady Arnhbiorg Nialsdottir at firstname.lastname@example.org

The Church is 2 minutes drive from the LIRR - Oyster Bay branch we will meet the 10 am train if arrangements have been made with the event steward.
