Event details
Our fair Shire is under attack!  Once a lively and beautiful place to live, we are now a threatened by desolation and despair.  Hundreds have fled, and those who haven't are feeling Death's kiss as he approaches with eager fingers.  Be a hero and help save us from the Plague that has descended upon our fair lands!  We will feast you in the best way we know how if we can win our way through.  Whether you are letting your arrows fly, flinging projectiles from your fingers, or swinging your sword about, we welcome all with open arms and hope you can bring us some respite from the horrors of this attack.

We have plans for a delicious day board that will start at noon.  To end the day's activities, a pot-luck feast will begin at 5:30pm.  The meat of the feast will be provided by the Shire.  Those wishing to participate in the feast are asked to bring a side dish to contribute to the meal.

Archery, and thrown weapons start at 10:30 am till 5:00 pm.  Fighters tournament begins at 1pm and will be a tourney of Two Handed Swords, Bear pit.  As the heroics end, join your comrades as we recognize their accomplishments with awarded prizes while enjoying the pot-luck feast.

Merchant space available, and as always- no fee!
Pet friendly site!  (Please leash and pick up after)

A&S Competition!
The Shire of Caer Adamant is having an SCA Tunic Competition to support the Shire's Gold Key.  Open to everyone in the Shire, as well as our friends and neighbors.  Please create one tunic of any size, any color- appropriate for a lovely Gold Key piece.  You can make it to fit yourself, your friend, your neighbor, to update the Shire Gold Key collection.  It must be SCA-appropriate (no funky modern patterns please) but does not need to be a perfectly period.  Documentation is suggested but not required.  It does have to be something that YOU have created- you can purchase trimmings but you cannot buy the tunic itself or pay/barter with someone else to do it.  To be judged by a collection of visiting dignitaries.  Prizes will be fabulous, and include gift certificates from Fabricstore.com.

Site Opens: 10:00 am
Site Closes: 9:00 pm
