Known World Bardic Congress and Cooks Collegium VII Event date: August 29th, 2014 - September 1st, 2014
Hosted by Kingdom of Northshield - Wisconsin Dells, WI
Event Last Modified: August 21st, 2013
Event details
If you have any interest in historic food (learning about it, making it, or eating it) or the bardic arts (learning about them, performing them, or being in the audience) there will be something for you!  There will be classes and discussions in these fields as well as a track of classes for Brewing and Vintning.

Besides the classes and roundtable discussions, we plan to have bardic circles every evening.  Keynote talks by Mistress Rosalind Jehanne (Kingdom of Atlantia) and Dame Alys Katherine (Kingdom of the Middle) will bring everyone together to hear from two of the preeminent authorities in their chosen fields.  A concert by some of our top-notch bards may be offered.  The feast is going to be spectacular with recipes coming from late period Italy.  Children are welcome, but there are no specific children’s activities.
