|What was done in the 12th and 13th Century in what is now known as France is being done again. The city of Provins, the trade fair of Champagne will rise. Two groups shall be evaluated, one shall be deemed the victor. There shall be contests for each champion in their positions; each question defined by the territorial heads of each group in advance will be decided on this day.|
The premier exemplar of each territory of the following disciplines should prepare: Heavy Weapons, Light Weapons, Archery, Thrown Weapons, Arts and Sciences, Brewing and Bardic Performance. Those who require preparation for their craft are encouraged to check with their territorial head as soon as they can for the structure required.
This grand display of prowess shall be held on the border fields of the two disputing feudal lords, known mundanely as the Universalist Unitarian Church at 109 Browns, Huntington, NY 11743. The date agreed upon is the feast day of Saint Levan or mundanely known as June 8th, 2013.
The site shall open for competitors, Territorial Heads and the construction crew at 9:00 am and open to the public at 10:00 am. The Site will close after cleanup at 6:00 pm. Camp followers and merchants are allowed to set up in the main hall, the ceremonial hall will be used for the indoor champions.
The outdoor activities will start at 11:00 am with fencing, followed with heavy list, then thrown weapons then lastly archery. At which point the territorial heads will head indoors.
Indoors in the main area the champions of Arts and Science, Bardic and Brewing will be ready for the Territorial Hears perusal. The territorial heads ask everyone that wishes to show their prowess to be on time.
There are other activities that are planned and they will start smartly in the morning. Please stay tuned as these events are finalized.
The satisfying dayboard is being organized by Lord Methias Tiberius the Weasel. There will be a variety of items available to please any palate.
Court is scheduled for 5:00 pm, followed by a quick clean up.

From the Long Island Expressway, take Exit 49N (Route 110), or
From the Northern State Parkway, take Exit 40N (Route 110), or
From the Southern State Parkway, take Exit 32N (Route 110) then:
-Take Route 110 North past Jericho Turnpike (Route 25) to Main Street (Route 25A) in Huntington Village (approx. 4 miles north of Route 25).
-Turn left onto Main Street and then make the first right turn onto Wall Street. Continue north on Wall Street for approx. 3/4 mile to Southdown Road.
-Turn left onto Southdown Road and continue west for approx. 1 mile to Browns Road.
-Turn right onto Browns Road (stop sign and blinking light at intersection.) Continue north to the site (109 Browns Road), which is on the left just past Southdown School.
|Site : The cost for all adults, (13 years and over) is $10.00, this will cover site fee and the satisfying dayboard. Ages 8 to 12 are charged $4.00 and those under age 8 are free.|
