What if you don't brew but your friends or significant other does?
Well then come for the Heavy List Tourney or the Fencing, or the Music or the Dancing, or just to be with friends...
There will be novice classes of general interest offered for new members.
Volunteers are gratefully encouraged - teach a class, host a lecture, play some music, marshal, help in the kitchen, or anywhere you would like.
This site is handicapped accessible, with a restroom that provides a wheelchair accessible shower. If you have other needs that our members can assist with please advise the co-autocrat by e-mail or phone and we will do everything we can to facilitate your having a good time.
Friday evening will be a potluck; please bring a dish that is either microwave friendly or served cold if you plan on participating. The kitchen will be off limits to all but feast/dayboard staff.
There are multiple restaurants in the intimidate vicinity ranging from fast food to chains to unique for those who prefer.

Directions: From the Beacon Newburgh Bridge:
Immediately after paying toll at bridge, you'll find the ramp for Route 9D on the right. Take the ramp and at the light make a left onto Route 9D. Proceed on Route 9D for approximately 4 miles until you arrive at the hamlet of Hughsonville (There is a four way intersection with a traffic light. There is also a Metro North sign for New Hamburg). Make a left at the light onto New Hamburg Rd./County Route 28. Proceed on this road for approximately 1 mile. At the end of Route 28, make a right turn onto Main Street. Proceed up the hill, where Main Street becomes Channingville Road, and shortly after the firehouse and deli on the left is Sheafe Road. Turn left onto Sheafe Road and proceed for approximately 1 mile to the Bowdoin Park entrance on the left.
From the Mid-Hudson Bridge and Route 9 South:
From Route 9W, come across the Mid-Hudson Bridge and take the ramp on the right immediately after leaving the bridge, this is for Route 9 South. Stay on Rt. 9 South for approximately 6 miles until you see the Bonefish Grill Restaurant on your right. Just after the restaurant take the next right (see green sign for Bowdoin Park) onto Sheafe Road.
At the stop sign (approximately 1/2 mile down), bear right and proceed another 2 1/2 miles on Sheafe Road. The entrance for Bowdoin Park is on the right just after the old Chapel.
From Route 84 Fishkill - Route 9 North Exit 13:
Take Exit 13N (Rt. 9) from I84. From light at exit, proceed approximately 9 miles north on Route 9 to traffic light just beyond the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall (get in far LEFT lane.) At light (Rt. 9 & Spring Rd.) you will make a left onto Post Road (Hudson Motors is on left) and go to bottom of hill to stop sign. At stop sign make a left onto Sheafe Road. Follow Sheafe Road for about 2 1/2 miles to the Bowdoin Park entrance on right just after Chapel.
Metro North - HUDSON line stop is New Hamburg station, please contact the Shire Seneschal if you need a lift to/from the station - its minutes by car - but a good long stretch of the legs to walk
All Directions - Once in the park, past the gates, take the first right and follow the signs for the Maple Knoll Lodge.

Entire Cabin: Additional $50 on top of normal rate. This gets you the entire cabin for your group. All Cabins are taken. One cabin has offered space to those with special need for ground level accommodations, please contact the reservation person below if you need to take advantage of this.
WARNING: This event will have alcohol present. You are responsible for insuring that your children are under adult supervision AT ALL TIMES. No minors will be admitted without a parent or guardian.
Reservations must be received by April 12, 2013
Non member surcharge will be collected.
Overnight arrangements can accommodate up to 40 individuals, between 2 bedrooms with bunks and the common room, as with the cabins mentioned below; overnight guests must provide their own bedding.
There are 5 detached cabins, with individual half bathrooms and a common room - Groups of members will be permitted to reserve entire cabins for the additional fee paid with a group reservation.
Feast: Friday night, for those staying overnight, will be "potluck". Bring something to share! (Microwavable or served cold please)
Dayboard for Saturday will be provided by the de Londres household and is included in your site fee.
Feast: A Hearty Meal to finish your day of brewing/tasting/fighting/etc with will be served Saturday evening.
Feast is limited to 50 people. Reserve early!
Feast Fee is $9
