It boasts ample SHADED camping space for up to 400+, and a large Bardic area, with twin fire pits. There are separate areas for Archery, Thrown Weapons, Fencing and Heavy Weapons. There is a large area available for Merchants!
Friday eve we will begin the festivities, as always, with a Viking torchlight tourney under the honeycomb, so come down early! This is a tourney that separates the men from the boys.
FRIDAY NIGHT ARCHERY SHOOT! Come down for the interesting and challenging night shoot!
FRIDAY NIGHT FENCING -- The Walking Dead Tournament
It's that time of the the year again and you know what that means. The Plague has found it's way to Vinland Raids once again and has created another horde of zombies that need to be killed off. So grab your Rapier's, Daggers, R.B.G.'S and what ever you can lay your hands on to fight off another zombie horde at the Rapier field. Inspections and Qual's will take place 30 min prior tournament
Various events will be held during the day on Saturday including. heavy arms , woods battle, thrown weapons, fencing, archery and heavy arms classes . Schedule will be released later.
Saturday Fencing - The court sword Tourney is is going to be replaced with a tourney called "The Basic's Tourney"| This tournament is designed to put all rapier fighters back to there roots with single weapons combat. There are no secondary device's allowed in this tournament. After the fencing tournament pick ups, drills and additional Quals will be done.
Also, on Saturday the Blow Hole Inn will be open for breakfast and lunch and a wonderful Viking feast will be served Saturday night!
On Saturday we will also be having children's activities. More to be announced later.
